Stephanie Shaw

SALEM – Ms. Stephanie Shaw, Age 76, of Salem, passed away peacefully on November 19th, 2025, surrounded by her family and friends. 

She was born in Concord, MA, to the late Edward Shaw and Constance (Michaud) Shaw. Stephanie is survived by her son, Christopher Gaieski of Sandown, NH; her daughter, Alyssa Roche of New Orleans, LA; and grandchildren, Cody and Maddison Gaieski and Matthew, Logan, and Kendall Roche. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Jeremy Roche.

Stephanie grew up in Acton, Massachusetts. She graduated from Belmont High School and later continued her education at the University of Massachusetts Boston. She settled in Groveland, MA, to raise her children and worked for over two decades as a Sales Representative for Liberty Mutual. She was very successful in her career due to her outgoing personality and dedication. Her company promoted her to a Lead role, and she was also awarded all-inclusive destination vacations for her successes. As time went on, she turned her passion for fitness into a new path as a personal trainer, where she helped others achieve their fitness goals.

Stephanie eventually moved to Salem, Massachusetts, the city she refers to as home, with her daughter. She made a lot of friends in Salem and had an active social life. She spent her summers walking the Common and downtown, boating at the Salem Marina, and frequently visiting the local gyms. Stephanie was loved by many for her humor, warmth, and generous spirit. She enjoyed music, traveling, laughing, and spending time with family and friends. She had a smile and charisma that naturally drew people to her. She was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed.
