DANVERS- Mr. Steven D. Killam 59, of Danvers, beloved husband of Margaret (Amico) Killam, died Wednesday, May 31st, 2017 at his home after a lengthy illness. Born in Danvers, he was the son of the late Floyd and Pola (Chung) Killam. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of Danvers High School, Class of 1975. While in High School, Steven was an exceptional athlete and was a member of many varsity teams. Steven began working at an early age. While still in school he was employed with the Danversport Diner and Eagle Can Company of Danvers. As he matured he earned his License as a Professional Contractor and worked for many years building homes and additions throughout the North Shore. Most recently Steven had been associated with Fishery Products Incorporated and Highliner Foods as a Maintenance Mechanic. His talent and ability to repair and improve any type of machinery was of immense value to his employers. He was known to be able to fix any type of issue around the production line and plant. A lifelong resident of the Town of Danvers, Steven was a home body. He took immense pride in his home and spent many hours maintaining and upgrading his residence. He was an avid New England Patriots fan and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. He and his beloved wife Margaret traveled extensively, yet he always longed to be in his beloved home in treasured Danvers. He was a dedicated husband, father, Step father and brother who will be deeply missed. Steven is survived by his loving wife Margaret (Amico) Killam of Danvers, his sons, Joshua Killam of Sarasota, Fl and Justin Killam of Lynn, his step children, Paul DiMuzio and his wife Neli of Salisbury, Lauren DiMuzio of Rowley, Lia DiMuzio of Brighton and Kevin DiMuzio of Brighton, his sister, Shirley Littlewood of Sarasota, his brothers Leslie Killam and his wife Pam of Exeter, N.H. and Everett Killam and his partner Robin of Gloucester and several nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Dana Killam, Bradley Killam and Katherine O'Brien.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to his Celebration of Life which will be held at Spinelli's Restaurant, 10 Newbury St., (Rte 1 South), Peabody on Friday, June 9th at 2 P.M. Assisting the family with the arrangements is the Peterson-O'Donnell Funeral Home, 167 Maple St., (rte. 62) Danvers.
