ROWLEY - Mr. William Richard Interbartolo, "Bill" of Rowley was born on December 8, 1941 and passed away on July 6, 2024.

He leaves behind his wife, Karen, his daughter, Karen of Revere, and his daughter, Elizabeth of Topsfield along with her husband, Tony Staley and two grandchildren, Nevin and Georgia Staley along with extended family, friends and his clients from his doggie daycare business.
