DANVERS - It is with profound love and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Zachary Gorczyca, on Monday, April 13th, 2026, at the age of 24 years old. From the moment he entered our lives Zach brought joy and light into our lives, he truly taught us the meaning of unconditional love.
Though Zach faced the challenge of growing up with autism, he continued to thrive and progress. His growth was greatly enhanced by the excellent education he received at Melmark New England and his adult program through NEEDS.
Zachary had a gift of finding joy in simple moments; a walk in the park, a favorite song and eating birthday cake. Zach’s smile could brighten any room.
He is survived by his devoted parents, Thomas and Amy Gorczyca, and his brother, Joshua Gorczyca. Along with an extended family of aunts and cousins.
Though our hearts are heavy, we take comfort in knowing his beautiful soul is now at peace with the Lord.
Zachary is forever loved, forever missed and forever in our hearts.
