Jill finds working at O’Donnell rewarding because of the attention to detail and deep commitment shown to every family. She values the community atmosphere and the opportunity to work alongside so many amazing people who truly care. Outside of work, Jill loves being outdoors—whether exercising, walking her dog, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

"I worked as a teacher in Salem and Peabody for over 25 years, my husband coached high school sports, and we owned a restaurant in the area. We have met a lot of families over the years, so I feel like I’m always seeing a familiar face when I come to work. "
