We are committed to taking care of all the details involved in providing the veteran in your life with deeply meaningful and honoring ceremonies. We will:

• Complete applications for all veterans’ benefits, including Military Honors, Presidential Memorial Certificate and veteran memorial marker or headstone
• Confirm and coordinate any existing paid pre-plan funding benefits which may cover any expenses deemed ineligible by the Veterans Administration
• Coordinate necessary documentation provided by family to request honors
• Coordinate with national or state veterans’ cemeteries

Celebrating and honoring the life of a loved one is an emotional and personal experience. Your loved one is in our care the entire time. We are one of the only North Shore Funeral Homes to have a state required sheltering facility. The crematory we use is local in Danvers, and the cremated remains are returned to the funeral home the same day. So you have peace of mind that everything is taken care of properly. 

O'Donnell's Family of Funeral Directors will coordinate the purchasing of a wide range of funeral accessories, including caskets, vaults, urns, floral arrangements, and other items associated with the funeral process. We can help create unique, personalized keepsakes for family and friends to share as a lasting memory.

The O'Donnell Family of Funeral Directors can be assured to organize the deceased's obituaries the appropriate newspapers and other news outlets. An option provided is that of posting the obituaries online, with or without a guest book for loved ones to leave messages.

At O'Donnell Cremations - Funerals - Celebrations, we recognize that you probably won’t be familiar with publishing your loves one’s obituary. With years of experience, we will ensure that obituaries are published on all the proper forums, including newspapers and online. Our online obituaries also come with the option of a guest book for loved ones to leave messages.

Funeral services are as much about the people left behind as they are about the deceased. The survivors face overwhelming emotions at this difficult time, and O'Donnell Cremations - Funerals - Celebrations can be a trusted resource as the family attempts to recompose normal life.
